Novice II Spring 2026

Service Description

The Novice II course is ideal for adults who have already completed and confidently mastered our Novice I Course or at least one beginner Italian course (or the equivalent). Classes are taught by an experienced, NYS certified Italian teacher and meet once per week for 1.5 hours over the course of 10 weeks. Course materials are provided. An additional course book and ebook may also be purchased for additional practice if desired. Participants will enjoy an Italian immersion environment and begin to incorporate additional verb tenses and moods into their dialogues while working on proper pronunciation and discussing more themes. Some topics covered during this course may include: sharing why we study Italian, describing one’s city or town, asking for and giving directions, asking for and giving the time, discussing personal interests and hobbies, scheduling dates or appointments, and discussing past experiences. The course outline is tentative and subject to change based on each unique class. PLEASE NOTE: Total investment is $380 per participant. Payment is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable. There are no make-up classes.
