Service Description

The Novice I course is ideal for adults who are absolute beginners with little or no prior knowledge of the Italian language & culture. Each 90 minute class is taught by an experienced, NYS certified Italian teacher and meets once per week for 15 weeks. Participants will build a foundation of the Italian language as they learn basic grammatical concepts and practice using common phrases and idioms while working on proper pronunciation. Some topics covered during this course may include: greetings, introductions, personal identification, professions, the calendar & weather, telling time, ordering at a bar or restaurant, and more! The course outline is tentative and subject to change based on each unique class. PLEASE NOTE: Price: $675 per semester without book; or $790 with book* included. Payment is due at registration and is nonrefundable. There are no make up classes. *The DIECI book and ebook will be used for ALL Novice I, Novice II, Intermediate I and Intermediate II courses at Per Tutti.
