Intro to Italian: Summer Session

Service Description

This 5-week intensive course is ideal for adults who have never taken an Italian class or those with little to no exposure to the Italian language and culture. During each class, students will practice speaking Italian while also focusing on reading, listening and some writing skills. Topics may include: greetings & introductions, alphabet and letter sounds, calendar, telling and asking for the time, weather expressions, and fun facts about some Italian cities and regions. Classes meet twice per week on Monday & Wednesday evenings from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm over the course of 5 weeks. All materials are provided. Book and eBook are also available for purchase for additional practice at home. Class dates: June 29; July 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 & 29 *Payment is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable.
