About the event
This event will take place on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10:00 am.
This workshop begins with some simple greetings and introductions (in italiano) followed by a short and interactive presentation about one of the most well known desserts in the world.
Participants will first observe "Chef Lorena" as she prepares her special salame al cioccolato (chocolate salame with hazelnuts) and then enjoy a tasting together.
Participants will then follow a recipe with simple directions in Italian to prepare the famous Italian dessert on their own. Each participant will receive a container to bring their salame al cioccolato home in to enjoy later or share with friends.
A copy of the recipe will be provided in order to recreate this dolci at home!
