Service Description

This course is ideal for adults who are absolute beginners with little or no prior knowledge of the Italian language & culture. Classes meet once per week on Mondays at 6:00 pm for 1.5 hours over the course of 10 weeks. All course materials are provided. Students will build a foundation of the Italian language as they learn basic grammatical concepts and common phrases and idioms while working on proper pronunciation and reviewing the Italian alphabet. Some topics covered during this course may include: greetings, introductions, personal identification, classroom vocabulary, the calendar & weather, telling time, hobbies & personal interests, relationships, and physical descriptions. PLEASE NOTE: *Class dates: January 5, 12, 26; February 2, 9, 23; March 2, 9, 16, 23 *Total investment is $360 per participant. *Payment is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable. *There are no make-up classes.
