Italian for Travel Winter 2026

Service Description

This course is ideal for adults (from novice to intermediate levels) who plan on traveling to Italy and wish to communicate effectively in the Italian language while abroad. During each class, students will focus on improving listening, speaking, and reading skills while working in small groups to practice dialogues order to help prepare them for real life situations. Each week will cover a different topic (which may include: basic grammatical structures, greetings and introductions, airport, hotel, car rental, shopping, dining, and some basic geography of Italian regions). Classes meet on Wednesday evenings for 1.5 hours over the course of 10 weeks and include: learning language through culture, course materials, and complete Italian immersion. Absolute beginners are welcome! PLEASE NOTE: *Class dates (WEDNESDAYS): January 7, 14, 21, 28; February 4, 11, 25; March 4, 11, 18 *Total investment is $360 per participant. *Payment is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable. *There are no make-up classes.
